The location was excellent with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gesture by the staff, as they surprised my aunt with a birthday cake. The noise from the street was noticeably disruptive was nice. The check-in process could have been smoother, as payment was required upfront despite my flexible rate.

Comfort, location, staff
Bad internet connection every 5 min you have to re-login to the bad safe system server and get back online I was annoyed! Plus the few tv channels.. Other than this the hotel is awesome.

The spa was good. The internet was free. The staff spoke great English. The location was ideal for local restaurants and shopping and not bad from the airport. I really like the Bakirkoy part of town for business and even touring because it is easy to get on the train from here and go anywhere.
The gym was only ok. It needs more benches and equipment or at least updated equipment.

Unfortunately, the room temperature was quite chilly despite the AC being on, likely due to inadequate window insulation.
